Attachment 3 23 <br /> AMENDMENT TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING BOND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment entered into this the day of December, 2017 amends the <br /> Development Agreement, made and entered into on January 4, 2013, between Orange County, a <br /> body politic and corporate, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "County") and Community Home Trust, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit <br /> corporation designated as and hereinafter referred to as "CHT," and the amendment to that <br /> Agreement entered into on June 23, 2016. <br /> WITNES SETH: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made <br /> herein, the parties agree to amend to add to Exhibit A of the Original Agreement, dated January <br /> 4, 2013, as follows: <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Up to Sixty Thousand ($60,000) Dollars of the Project Budget may be reallocated to provide <br /> grant funding for repairs to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) sytems at <br /> eligible CHT Properties and to assist in the rehabilitation of low income residential housing <br /> acquired by CHT in the community designated as "Northside" in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, <br /> Except for the amendment to Attachment A, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
