3 <br /> A motion was made by Alderman Chaney, seconded by Alderman Haven-O'Donnell, that <br /> this resolution be approved. <br /> A RESOLUTION MAKING RECOMMENDING THAT THE ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO THE NORTHERN <br /> TRANSITION AREA ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> Section 1. The Board of Aldermen hereby recommends to the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners that Deborah Eaker-Rich be appointed as an Orange County Representative to <br /> the <br /> Northern Transition Area Advisory Committee for a term to expire in February 2020. <br /> Section 2. If the Orange County Board of Commissioners fails to make this appointment within <br /> 90 <br /> days, the appointment will be automatically made by effect of this resolution. <br /> Section 3.
