u..,y,.._■,VGuj�lu 1-nrout/7-A32E-4A2$-ACE3-08FBAADBF9EA <br /> Attachment 2 21 <br /> AMENDMENT TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING BOND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This Amendment entered into this the day of June, 2016 to the CHDO <br /> Agreement, made and entered into on January 4, 2013,. between Orange County, a body politic <br /> and corporate, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "County") and Community Home Ti ust, Inc., a North Carolina non-profit corporation <br /> designated as and hereinafter referred to as "CHDO." <br /> WI'TNESSETH: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration for the mutual covenants and agreements made <br /> herein, the parties agree to amend to add to Exhibit A of the Original Agreement, dated January <br /> 4, 2013, as follows: <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Up to Seventy Five Thousand($75,000) Dollars of the Project Budget may be reallocated to <br /> provide grant funding for repairs to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)syterns <br /> at Greenbridge Condominiums (See Orange County Board of County Commissioners meeting <br /> April 5, 2016,. Item 6-i) <br /> Except for the amendment to Attachment A, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force <br /> and effect to the extent it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
