He said Gateway fits this bill, <br /> and a new zoning framework may lead to development simply due to the existing advantages <br /> of the location. He said the rail investment would only increase the appeal of this location. <br /> Chair Dorosin said he heard that the developers of DPAC and American Tobacco are <br /> putting money in, and asked if this is accurate.
