He said the rail investment would only increase the appeal of this location. <br /> Chair Dorosin said he heard that the developers of DPAC and American Tobacco are <br /> putting money in, and asked if this is accurate. Resolution of Approval — Conservation Easement for Center Stream Farm <br /> Addition; and Approval of Budget Amendment#3-A <br /> The Board considered approving a resolution for the purchase of and acceptance by <br /> Orange County of an agricultural conservation easement for the Center Stream Farm addition, <br /> authorize the Chair to sign and approve Budget Amendment#3-A. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he wanted to pull this item to salute to their commitment to <br /> agricultural conservation easements. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Burroughs <br /> to approve a resolution for the purchase of and acceptance by Orange County of an <br /> agricultural conservation easement for the Center Stream Farm addition, authorize the Chair to <br /> sign and approve Budget Amendment#3-A. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
