Receive the proposed amendments. <br /> 2. Conduct the public hearing and accept comments. <br /> 3. Close the public hearing. <br /> 4. Decide on one of the following options: <br /> 5. Adopt the Statement of Consistency for proposed Zoning Atlas Amendment(s) <br /> (Attachment 5), the Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas (Attachment 6), the <br /> Statement of Consistency for proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment 7), <br /> and Proposed UDO Text Amendment(s) (Attachment 8) as recommended by the <br /> Planning Board and staff; <br /> 6. Defer a decision to a later BOCC regular meeting date; <br /> 7. Refer the item back to the Planning Board for a specific purpose; or <br /> 8. Deny the proposed amendments. (Note: Section 2.2.8 Effect of Denial on <br /> Subsequent Applications of the UDO states that no application for the same or <br /> similar amendment may be submitted for a period of one year.
