NAME SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE EXPIRATION DATE <br /> 1 Linda Williamson At-Large 03/31/2018 <br /> 10 Marlon Torres At-Large 03/31/2020 <br /> NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> • *Position #6--- "At-Large" position expiring 09/30/2019. This position has been <br /> vacant 07/17/2017. Recruitment efforts are underway. <br /> • *Position #13--- "At-Large" position expiring 03/31/2018. This position has been <br /> vacant 10/16/2017. Recruitment efforts are underway. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: Enable Full Civic Participation. Ensure that Orange County <br /> residents are able to engage government through voting and volunteering by eliminating <br /> disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board consider making <br /> appointments to the Arts Commission. <br />
