NCDOT Petition Information for <br /> Serrano Way, Madera Lane, Umbrio <br /> Lane, Majestic Court, and Chimeneas <br /> Place in The Reserve Subdivision <br /> PURPOSE: To make a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> (NCDOT) and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT) concerning a petition to <br /> add Serrano Way, Madera Lane, Umbrio Lane, Majestic Court, and Chimeneas Place in The <br /> Reserve Subdivision to the State Maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> BACKGROUND: This request includes a petition for five (5) road additions to the State <br /> Maintained Secondary Road System. The major subdivision was approved on <br /> April 12, 1995. The subdivision was not annexed by Chapel Hill but is located within the Town's <br /> Extraterritorial Zoning Jurisdiction (ETJ), and was developed and approved subject to the <br />
