Refer to Attachment 5. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Conditions— Examples: <br /> 37 • Approval of the Project does not constitute a guarantee utility services (i.e. water and <br /> 38 sewer) shall be provided and/or extended by the Town of Hillsborough. <br /> 39 • UTILITIES: <br /> 40 o Comply with Section 6.20 of the UDO, <br /> 41 o Development within the Project shall only be served by public water and <br /> 42 sewer, <br /> 43 o Utility connection(s) shall comply with applicable Town of Hillsborough <br /> 44 standards. <br /> 45 o Extension of utilities to District 2 shall be reviewed and approved by the <br /> 46 Town of Hillsborough prior to development. <br /> 47 • Site Plan(s) <br /> 48 o Site Plan Review per Section 2.5 of the UDO required for all projects, <br /> 49 o All submittals will require completion of an Environmental Assessment <br /> 50 and a Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA), <br /> 51 o All submittals required to document existing and proposed impervious <br /> 52 surface area as well as building/open space ratios within the Project. <br />
