Close the public hearing <br /> 20 4. Decide on one of the following options: <br /> 21 a. Adopt the proposed amendments by approving: <br /> 22 i. Statement of Consistency (Attachment 2) and <br /> 23 ii. Ordinance (Attachment 3) <br /> 24 b. Defer a decision to a later BOCC regular meeting date <br /> 25 c. Refer the item back to the Planning Board for a specific purpose <br /> 26 d. Deny the proposed amendments <br /> 27 <br /> 28 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Price to open <br /> 29 the Public hearing. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 32 <br /> 33 NO PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> 34 <br /> 35 A motion was made by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner McKee for the <br /> 36 Board to close the public hearing.
