This <br /> document details the housing needs of very low, low and moderate income individuals, families <br /> and special population groups in addition to outlining the strategies and plans for addressing <br /> those needs. The Executive Summary of the 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan is attached. In <br /> addition, the electronic link for the full document (Attachment 3) is noted above. <br /> Each year, local communities are required to reassess the needs of the community. This public <br /> hearing provides an opportunity for the public, public agencies and other interested parties to <br /> provide input into the Annual Action Plan Update. In addition, the public may comment on <br /> proposed uses of an estimated $394,656 in 2018-2019 funds. The amount listed is only an <br /> estimate of the funds to be received and available for use.
