Child Well-Being Transformation Council <br /> Effective immediately,the state is required to establish a new 17-Member Child Well-Being <br /> Transformation Council that must focus on improving coordination, collaboration, and <br /> communication among agencies and organizations that provide public services to children. <br /> Membership of the group is prescribed in the law and includes representatives from different <br /> ublic and private stakeholders.
