Consider street connectivity to other parcels. The Town of Carrboro's regulations would <br />require stubbing road to the East, rather than just a R/V1f to the boundary, In addition <br />connectivity to Sesame Rd. to the North could be considered, <br />2. Consider requiring applicant to provide pedestrian access to the open space north of <br />lots 9-1 5. <br />3.
