Location <br />North side of.lones Ferry Road at Damascus Church Road in Chapel Hill Township, <br />Existing and Proposed Conditions <br />Existing: <br />• Zoning: Rural Buffer (RB) (Property is located within University Lake Protected <br />Watershed) <br />• Minimum zoning lot size for University Lake Protected Watershed is two acres, Density <br />limitation in the University Lake Protected Watershed is up to, but no more than, five lots <br />with a density of one dwelling per two acres and a density of five acres for all lots <br />thereafter.
