The sight distance triangle shall be <br />exclusive of the proposed sign. easement. <br />No work shall be performed in the roadway right of way prior to <br />issunce of approved NCDOT driveway permits and encroachment <br />agreeements. <br />It will be necessary for an established duly authorized home <br />owners association to obtain an approved NCDOT encroachment <br />agreement for the proposed footpath that falls within the roadway <br />right of way prior to road addition. <br />Feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
