A work plan will be developed for submission <br /> the AHAR, PIT/HIC and System Performance Measures.The work plan will be mutually agreed upon and outline <br /> responsibilities and timelines for NCCEH and the CoC. <br /> The CoC will work with NCCEH to resolve HMIS compliance issues with users. <br /> The CoC will support and implement HUD best practices and data standards, HUD and other funding partner <br /> program rules, reporting requirements,and other written guidance. <br /> Local CoC Reporting <br /> The CoC will submit report requests in writing via NCCEH report request form.The CoC will give NCCEH 14 days <br /> to fulfill reporting requests. <br /> CoC/Agency/Project Auditing and Monitoring <br /> The CoC will support and implement HUD best practices and data standards, HUD and other funding partner <br /> program rules, reporting requirements,and other written guidance. <br />
