Whitfield Professional Land Surveyor, which plat is recorded at Plat Book 109, Page <br />24, Orange County Registry, and identified as 2 (PIN 9827-82-3692) on the plat of property <br />titled “Survey for Betty Jane Walters Hill,” prepared by R.S. Jones & Associates, Inc.
