Roberts, Office of the Orange County Attorney <br />Box 8181, Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> <br />Revenue Stamps: _________ <br /> <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />OF AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br /> <br />This Deed of Agricultural Conservation Easement (hereinafter "Conservation Easement") <br />is granted on this ___ day of __________, 2017, by FICKLE CREEK LAND CO., LLC, a <br />North Carolina Limited Liability Company, having an address of 4122 Buckhorn Road, Efland, <br />NC 27243, (referred to as "Grantor"), to ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, having <br />an address of Post Office Box 8181, Hillsborough, NC 27278 (referred to as “Grantee”). <br /> <br />The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their <br />respective heirs, successors and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or <br />neutral pronouns as required by context. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />Grantor is the sole owner in fee simple, of certain farm Property (hereinafter the <br />"Property"), which consists of approximately 24.94 acres of land, located in Cedar Grove <br />Township, Orange County, North Carolina and identified as Lot 2 (PIN 9827-80-9816) on the <br />plat of property titled “Final Plat of Survey Subdivision for Betty Jane Walters Hill,” prepared by <br />Michael R. Whitfield Professional Land Surveyor, which plat is recorded at Plat Book 109, Page <br />24, Orange County Registry, and identified as 2 (PIN 9827-82-3692) on the plat of property <br />titled “Survey for Betty Jane Walters Hill,” prepared by R.S. Jones & Associates, Inc. Land <br />Surveyors, which plat is recorded at Plat Book 112, Page 187, Orange County Registry, hereafter <br />referred to as “the recorded Plats for this Conservation Easement.” <br /> <br /> <br />7
