This property shall be forever used as a wildlife corridor only and for no other <br /> purpose. <br /> 3. No building of any structures, fences and/or recreational facilities or areas, of <br /> whatsoever nature or kind, shall be constructed and/or permitted on the property. <br /> 4. The property shall never be dedicated for public use. The property may never be used <br /> for hiking trails, parks,open space and/or recreational uses of whatsoever nature or kind. <br /> 5. Trees and other existing vegetation may not be cut unless necessary to preserve the <br /> property in accordance with accepted forestry principles. <br />
