Article 1: Administra <br /> Section 1.2: Official Zoning Atlas <br /> (E) The Planning Director shall be responsible for entering amendments to the Official <br /> Zoning Atlas. <br /> (F) The Planning Director shall authenticate the entry of each amendment to the Off ial <br /> Zoning Atlas and shall maintain a record of the nature and date of entry of eac' <br /> amendment. <br /> (G) Changes to the Official Zoning Atlas, other than those authorized by duly 'proved <br /> amendments to this Ordinance, shall not be made. The making of unau orized changes <br /> .• the Official Zoning Atlas shall be considered a violation of this Ordinance. <br /> (H) A •endments to this Ordinance that result in the change in classific. ion of any piece of <br /> Ian. hall become effective immediately upon enactment by the Bard of County <br /> Com •ssioners. The Board of County Commissioners, upon a ding of due cause, may <br /> extend e effective date of any such amendments. <br /> (I) When all • part of the Official Zoning Atlas becomes dama2ed, lost, destroyed, worn or <br /> hard to inte 'ret by reason of its age, condition, number o• changes or otherwise, the <br /> Atlas shall be eplaced by the Planning Director. This n••w edition of the Official Zoning <br /> Atlas may not c'ange the zoning status of any prope . Such replacements shall be <br /> authenticated by e Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners and shall bear the date <br /> of replacement. <br /> 1.2.2 Interpretation of Zoning Dist "ct Boundaries <br /> When there is any uncertainty as • the intended lo :tion of any zoning district boundary on the <br /> Zoning Atlas, the Planning Director .hall make an terpretation of the Atlas upon request of any <br /> person. Any person aggrieved by an, such inte •retation may appeal such interpretation to the <br /> Board of Adjustment. The Planning Di -ctor a'd the Board of Adjustment, in interpreting the <br /> Zoning Atlas or deciding any appeal, sh. a.sly the following standards: <br /> (A) Boundaries indicated as approxi : ely following the centerlines of streets; highways or <br /> alleys shall be construed as folk in. such centerlines; <br /> (B) Boundaries indicated as app •ximately .flowing lot lines shall be construed as following <br /> such lot lines; <br /> (C) Boundaries indicated as approximately folio' ing City Limits shall be construed as <br /> following such City Li s; <br /> (D) Boundaries indicate. as following railroad lines all be construed to be the center line of <br /> the main track; <br /> (E) Boundaries incl. ated as following shorelines shall b- construed to follow such shorelines; <br /> in the event • change in the shoreline, the boundary shall be construed as moving with <br /> the actual s'orelines; <br /> (F) Boundar.-s indicated as approximately following the cente •nes of streams, rivers, <br /> canals akes or other bodies of water shall be construed as •flowing such centerlines; <br /> (G) Boundaries shown as approximately following designated floc). azard area limits shall <br /> be onstrued as following such limits; <br /> (H) :oundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated in Subsections A <br /> through E above shall be so construed.
