Article 6: Development Standar <br /> Section 6.6:Additional Standards for Overlay Distric s <br /> (7) Exterior Finish Materials <br /> (a) Exterior finish materials must conform to and be in harmony h the <br /> exterior design of neighboring structures and the overall design of <br /> improvements described throughout these guidelines. <br /> (b) Building exteriors must be constructed of materials w► ch are sufficiently <br /> durable to guarantee low maintenance and a mass'able life span, and to <br /> withstand abuse by vandals or accidental dams• • from machinery. <br /> (c) Exterior materials must have an attractive to re, pattern or quality of <br /> detailing.
