Article 2: Procedtvrs <br /> Section 2.14: Minor Subdivisions <br /> (B) One copy of the final mylar plat and three paper copies of the plat shall be submitted 'ith <br /> the request for a determination for an exempt subdivision. <br /> (C) Exempt subdivisions shall comply with all applicable non-plat requirements of thi <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 2.13.2 R:view and Action <br /> (A) Following receipt of a request for a determination of an exempt subdivisit status, the <br /> Planning Director shall make a determination of the land division's exe pt or nonexempt <br /> atus. <br /> (B) If t - Planning Director determines that the proposed land division foes not constitute a <br /> subdi.ision, the Planning Director shall certify the proposed land :ivision as exempt and <br /> include he necessary statement on the plat certifying same. <br /> (C) If the Plan,ing Director determines that the proposed land d.'ision constitutes a <br /> subdivision, e applicant shall be informed of such in writing and shall be required to <br /> submit the alp. opriate Subdivision application. <br /> SECTION 2.14: MINOR SUBDIVISIONS <br /> 2.14.1 Review and Decision Proce s Flow Chart <br /> Review and approval of Minor <br /> Subdivision applications shall <br /> adhere to the process detailed Mir or Pre-application Meeting submittal <br /> herein.
