AFFIDAVIT OF WALTER MCFALL <br />My name is Walter McFall. I am familiar with the property on <br />Ferguson Road now owned by Wayne and Brenda Combs. I worked <br />for the former owner, J.B. Martin, starting in 1975, and I re- <br />member when he bought the property. He bought it to move his <br />car repair garage to, and to store cars on for parts, and he <br />started putting junked cars out here just after he bought it. <br />By 1980, there were a lot of cars out there, at least 25 or 30; <br />enough to be a salvage yard.
