Public Hearing., CP -1 -92 university Station Land Use Plan Amendment <br />They refer to a "trial- period" approach reflecting the fact that these <br />rural planned communities have not been proven in the United States. <br />In keeping with the cautious approach suggested by the Rural Character <br />Study and mindful of the risks outlined above, we believe that any <br />experiments with rural planned communities need to be located such that <br />the natural economic choices made by residents and the businesses <br />supporting them reinforce the intent of the plan; that is not the case <br />in this proposed plan amendment. <br />Sincerely, <br />Lee & Tr sh Rafalow <br />
