The reason <br />I chose my home was for the natural beauty surrounding it. I <br />frequently have deer in my backyard and enjoy the calls of the owls <br />at night. Because of its beauty and sparse traffic, this area <br />still attracts botanists, birders, and cyclists from throughout the <br />Triangle. <br />A golf course will not substitute for this area's natural beauty. <br />The proposed living density not only does not preserve the rural <br />character of the land, but adversely affects traffic patterns and <br />threatens water supplies. <br />I urge you to oppose the University Station Project and preserve <br />our county's unique and beautiful landscape. <br />Sincerely, <br />Cherie Rosemo d Buley <br />2823 Old NC 10 <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br />/dw <br />
