4 <br />4 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />SERVICE AREA BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Eno River, known as Cabe eIs Ford, thence <br />running in a southerly direction along the centerline of the river <br />a distance of approximately 14,000 feet to an overhead electric <br />transmission line, which line crosses the Eno River approximately <br />500 feet north of Pleasant Green Road, thence in a southwesterly <br />direction approximately 2,000 feet along the overhead electric <br />transmission line to the Duke Power Company electric substation, <br />thence in a southwesterly direction along an overhead electric <br />transmission line, said electric transmission line being the <br />northernmost line of three (3) parallel overhead transmission lines <br />that leave the power substation, a distance of approximately 3,500 <br />feet to 1--95, thence in a south - southwesterly direction along the <br />same overhead electric transmission line a distance of <br />approximately 9,500 feet to a point 230 feet south of the <br />centerline of Brockwell Road (SR 1720), said point being the end <br />of the service area boundary line.
