If you concur in <br />this extension please initial below and return one copy for ESRI files. <br />County of Orange, NC Date <br />Enclosed are two (2) copies of updated Agreement No. 92P1291 dated 6/23/92. This <br />update was necessary due to new University (Educational Institution) prices, ArcView- <br />ArcCAD pricing, updated License, and an updated User Support Policy. Accordingly, <br />please review the changes to the MPA, obtain the authorized signatures and return both <br />originals to me for ESRI signature. I will immediately return one fully executed <br />Agreement for your files. <br />Please note that the Single -User pricing is changed. Discussion with Joann Brown of <br />our Charlotte Office resulted in placing Orange County in the 11 to 25 range due to the <br />previous agreement being below the 2 to 10 range pricing. Cumulative purchases of <br />25 Single- User/Floating Seat Licenses will be required to enter the last price range. <br />I believe all the other comparisons result in a lower net ARC/INFO- Module price as <br />well as lower Software Support fees. <br />I <br />1 7 <br />
