Its term <br />was for 2 years. This new Agreement continues the licensing <br />of the GIS software with modifications and continues the <br />support services. The County has been designated in the new <br />licensing policies as a "11 to 25" site, which reduces the <br />County's costs for purchasing additional licenses. <br />While the new contract defines license purchases, new <br />purchases are not involved in this Agreement approval. <br />Purchases will be made in the normal budget /CIP process. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board <br />approve a Agreement with ESRI to continue licensing and <br />support services for 2 additional years, and approves the <br />signing of the Agreement by the Chair. <br />1 <br />
