1.3. <br />C. PBA Fiscal Year, <br />k <br />1. The first fiscal year for the Program shall begin <br />on (Enter the <br />effective date for the first project listed in Exhibit I of <br />Part I of the cACC. If this date is not entered before the <br />CACC is signed by the PHA, the date may be entered <br />subsequently by eUD, upon written notice by HUD to the <br />PRA.) The first Fiscal Year for the Program shall end on <br />the last day of the PHA Fiscal tear which ends not less <br />than 12 months, or more than 23 months, after this date. <br />2. Thereafter, the fiscal year for the Program shall be the 12 <br />month period ending of each <br />calendar year. (Enter the day and month used as the Fiscal <br />Year ending date for other section 8 assistance <br />administered by the PHa under an Annual Contributions <br />Contract with BUD.) <br />A. Exhibit I PEgiectst For all Projects listed in Exhibit I, the term of <br />the CACC shall end on August 23 1996 <br />( Insert last date of CACC terse for all Exhibit I projects. if this <br />date is not entered before the CACC .is signed by the Pea, the <br />date may be entered subsequently by BUD, upon written notice by <br />EM to the PEA.) <br />B. Exhibit iI Pro ects. For each project listed in Exhibit II: <br />1. Exhibit Ii states the first date and last date of the ACC <br />term for the project. <br />x. The first date of the ACC tern for the project shall be the <br />first day of the month when BUD signs the CACC which <br />adds the project to the Program, or another date as <br />determined by BUD. <br />3. If the first or last date of the ACC term for the project is <br />not entered before the CAcc is signed by the PHa, the <br />date may be entered subsequently by Wo, upon written <br />notice by mm to the PHA. <br />4.
