Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Gordon , <br />seconded by Commissioner Ha l k i of i s , the foregoing resolution <br />entitled: "RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUM" was <br />passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carey, Gordon, Ha Ik i of i s and I nsko <br />Noes: NONE <br />I, Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for <br />the County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br />foregoing is a true copy of so much of the proceedings of said <br />Board at a regular meeting held on August 18, 1992, as relates in <br />any way to the holding of a public hearing upon an order <br />authorizing the issuance of bonds of said County.as described in <br />such proceedings, the adoption of said order and the calling of a <br />special bond referendum and that said proceedings are recorded in <br />Minute Book No. 27 of the minutes of said Board, beginning at <br />page and ending at page <br />I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that I mailed or delivered a <br />certified copy of the resolution passed by said Board on August <br />18, 1992 entitled: "RESOLUTION CALLING A SPECIAL BOND <br />REFERENDUM" to the Orange County Board of Elections on or before <br />the third day following the passage of said resolution. <br />I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that a schedule of regular <br />meetings of said Board in the form attached hereto, has been on <br />13 <br />
