e <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Orange, North Carolina, was held at 7:30 P.M., on <br />August 18, 1992, at the OWASA Community Meeting Room on Jones <br />Ferry Road in Carrboro, North Carolina, the regular place of <br />meeting. <br />Present: Chairman Moses Carey, Jr., presiding, and <br />fllkb� <br />25�A <br />Commissioners Alice M. Gordon Stephen H.Halkiotis and Verla C. <br />Insko. <br />Absent: Don Willhoit. <br />The Chairman announced that this was the date and hour fixed <br />by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing upon the <br />order entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $52,000,000 SCHOOL BONDS" and <br />that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear anyone who <br />might wish to be heard on the questions of the validity of said <br />order or the advisability of issuing said bonds. <br />No individuals appeared to be heard on the questions of the <br />validity of said order or the advisability of issuing said bonds. <br />
