The <br />subdivision road would be taken over by the State if it were built to their standards. It is <br />also located in a rural residential area at the intersection of Piney Grove Church Road and <br />US 70 Business, whicil is an arterial in the Comprehensive Plan' to the location, <br />proposed density and length of the road, Staff recommends the road be public and <br />constructed to State standards. <br />r_.l <br />
