The property is zoned Rural Residential (R -1). <br />The Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan designates <br />the area as Rural Residential. <br />There are eight (8) <br />average lot size is <br />proposed to be serv, <br />tanks. Lot 8 would <br />and 2. Part of lot <br />for lot 6. <br />lots proposed out of 10.24 acres. The <br />1.29 acres. The subdivision does not <br />provide larger than normal required lot sizes, larger than <br />required setbacks or proposed open space, and is not <br />located in a watershed.
