Review of the <br />work will take place by the N.C. State Historic Preservation Office as agreed upon in <br />the work unit schedule. <br />The finished materials will include data forms, photographs, maps, and a final <br />report to meet the requirements of the N.C. State Historic Preservation Office. <br />Orange County: The County will provide office space for the principal <br />investigator and intern(s). This will include access to computers, printers, and <br />xeroxing for producing draft and final reports. Secretarial support will be available if <br />needed. The County will provide intern assistance. The interns will have <br />architectural background sufficient for them to assist in the survey process. <br />Photographic equipment may be supplemented depending on what is available from <br />Orange County. The County will provide information from the comprehensive land <br />information system and other sources which may be relevant, such as the <br />identification of construction dates for structures. <br />Orange County will pay for photographic supplies and developing costs, up to <br />a maximum of $2,900. Travel throughout the county and to Raleigh will be <br />reimbursed at a rate of 22.5 cents /mile, up to a maximum of $2,500. When possible a <br />county car may be used for field work Up to five days of overnight expenses in <br />Raleigh will be reimbursed at a per diem rate of $55 /day. <br />
