2116 10th Avenue South
Birmingham, Alabama 35205
21 July 1992
Marvin Collins, Planning Director
Orange County
306 F Revere Road
Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278
Dear Mr. Collins:
30
This is a follow up to my previous proposal. My proposal for the completion of Phase II of
the Orange County survey would include the use of the $15,000 budgeted for in -kind
services. My needs from this budget would include mileage (billed at $0.25 a mile), film,
and film processing. To successfully complete the project I would also need a work space
with a computer capable of handling Word Perfect software, three floppy disks, access to a
telephone and photocopier and occational use of an assistant for field work and some office
work.
I propose to begin the project September 15, 1992 and complete it by September 30, 1993.
My normal weekly schedule would be comprised of three days a week in the field and two
days a week in the office. This schedule, of course, would vary as I deem neccessary. If
you have any questions about my qualifications please call me at (205) 328 -6055.
Sincerely,
