Box 7825 <br />Roanoke, Virginia 24019 <br />EXPERIENCE: See attached resume. <br />PERFORMANCE NOTES: Prior work by Pezzoni under grant program <br />administered by State Historic Preservation <br />Office [SHPO] has been highly professional and <br />reflects a great deal of work /effort. Pezzoni <br />is very familiar with requirements of SHPO and <br />has prepared a countywide inventories and <br />National Register nominations for Onslow County <br />and Lee County, N.C. Because of background, <br />consultant possesses wide array of skills, <br />ranging from survey work to nominations to <br />rehabilitation /design project work. <br />Preservation Technologies firm also provides <br />personnel skilled in archival, archaeology, <br />architecture, and exhibitry. <br />LaFever has limited experience and is a recent <br />graduate of Mary Washington College where she <br />received a B.A. in Historic Preservation. SHPO <br />checked with LaFever's instructors who <br />indicated she is "very good, smart, organized, <br />promising, and resourceful ". <br />Pezzoni and LaFever have suggested a team <br />approach which is outlined in the attached <br />Proposal. The arrangement has been discussed <br />with SHPO staff, and they believe it to be a <br />very workable arrangement. Pezzoni would have <br />oversight responsibility for LaFever's work, <br />and SHPO would monitor the products and work <br />arrangements of both persons. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE: Pezzoni and LaFever propose to survey an <br />.estimated 600 sites during the period September <br />1, 1992 to September 30, 1993. A draft <br />Time /Product /Payment Schedule is included with <br />their Proposal. <br />QUALIFICATIONS: The consultant satisfies the requirements of 36 <br />CFR 61 as follows: <br />- Master of Architecture, VPI &SU, 1987. <br />- Preservation Consultant, 1987- Present. <br />
