Griffith and Associates to <br />conduct a comprehensive review of fees in five County departments: <br />Planning, Environmental Health, Land Records, Emergency Services and <br />Recreation and Parks. No comprehensive update to these fees has <br />been made since the DMG study. <br />Staff has begun updating these fees and is presenting in this report <br />Phase I of this update. This phase includes updating the Environmental <br />Health fees. It does not include fees for the Maintenance and <br />Monitoring program, which will be presented to the Board separately. <br />Updates to the Planning and Inspection Fees as well as fees and <br />recommended policy for use of County owned facilities will be presented <br />to the Board in a report next month. <br />Implementation of all of these fees, if approved by the BOCC, are <br />planned to be effective January 1, 1993. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />The Manager recommends that the Board receive the report for <br />information only at this time. <br />
