The big issue with this <br />subdivision is the location of the east property line. The plat <br />indicates that the surveyed segments of the east property line of <br />the project are along the 620' contour. elevation. This is <br />critical to insure Orange County's interest in Lake Orange. The <br />only other comment I have is more in the form of a question.
