Certifieations <br />1. A Certificate of Survey and Accuracy signed by a registered band Surveyor <br />shall be notarized on the face of the Final Plat. <br />2. The Department of Environmental Health shall certify that all residential lots <br />contain sufficient area for septic tank disposal and repair. <br />4. The North Carolina Department of Transportation shall certify that Canotage <br />Court, Porteur Point, and Hamecon Place has been constructed to State <br />standards or that construction plans have been approved. <br />S.
