IPH <br />2, <br />The County Attorney has,indicated his concern that the <br />east property line follow the 620 foot contour, which is <br />indicated on the preliminary plan. He also indicated <br />concern about lots 27 and 28 fronting on Eno Cemetery <br />Road, however, out of 30 lots, these would be the only two <br />lots receiving access directly from Eno Cemetery Road. <br />Other agency review comments were solicited and are on <br />file in the Planning Department. <br />The Preliminary Plan was reviewed by the Planning Board on <br />July 20, 1992. At that time, the Planning Board <br />recommended approval subject to the conditions contained <br />in the Resolution of Approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary <br />Plan for Bellechene East subject to the conditions <br />contained in the Resolution of Approval. <br />
