Use of <br />this site for a landfill could have significant adverse effects. <br />on water quality in the park. <br />Your siting criteria for the landfill state that sites having an <br />adverse impact on a state park will be excluded from <br />consideration. This criterion is based on the siting and design <br />requirements for disposal sites listed in the North Carolina <br />Solid Waste Management Rules.
