Box 1500 <br />Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br />5 <br />Location: South side of NC 54, 590 feet east of Morrow Mill Road (SR 1958). <br />Lot size: 6.79 acres in total lot (exclusive of right -of -way), 2.06 acres requested <br />to be rezoned from AR to LC -1, and 1.92 acres to be rezoned from AR <br />to NC -2. <br />Acreages proposed for rezoning include half of the right -of -way of NC <br />Highway 54. <br />Existing Land Use: The property proposed for rezoning is undeveloped. <br />Surrounding Land Use: <br />North - NC Highway 54 and undeveloped land zoned AR and LC -1. <br />East - PHE, Inc., mail order facility, zoned GC -4. <br />South - Undeveloped woodland zoned AR. <br />West - Undeveloped residential land, I -acre lots, zoned AR. <br />
