Principal amendments shall generally only be <br />considered once each year at the quarterly public <br />hearing in February; 2rovided, however, if s ecial <br />hearings are called b-X the Board of Commissioners <br />applications for principal amendments shall be <br />considered in conjunction with another uarterly <br />public hearing. <br />At the May 26, 1992 public hearing, the County <br />Attorney suggested changes to the proposed wording. <br />The revised wording is as follows: <br />Principal amendments shall generally only be <br />considered once each year at the quarterly public <br />hearing in February; provided, however, if a <br />rinci al amendment is scheduled by the Board of <br />Commissioners for other than the February ublic <br />hearing, it shall be scheduled during one of the <br />quarterly public hearings held in May, August, and <br />November. <br />At its June 15, 1992 meeting, the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the proposed amendment as <br />worded by the County Attorney. <br />RECOMONDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />proposed amendment per the Planning Board <br />recommendation. <br />
