In the Settlement the Tax Collector shall be charged <br />with: <br />(_a) The. Total amount of all taxes in his hands for collection for <br />the full year, including amounts originally charged to him and all <br />amounts subsequently charged on account of discoveries; <br />(b) All penalties, interest and cost collected by him in connection <br />with -taxes for the current year. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): <br />The Manager recommends the Settlement be accepted as reported and <br />entered into the minutes, <br />
