ARTICLE 7 - SPECIFIC STANDARDS FOR EVALUATION /PLANNEM OEVELOPMENTS Icon 'nued) <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />Article 7.14.3 sets forth "site <br />planning" standards with which an <br />applicant must comply. Standards <br />regarding "external relationships" <br />are as follows: <br />a) 1. Access points provided to <br />encourage smooth traffic <br />flow with controlled turning <br />movements and minimum hazard <br />to vehicular or pedestrian <br />traffic. Use of minor <br />streets by substantial <br />traffic is discouraged. <br />a) 2. Safe and convenient routes <br />provided for pedestrians <br />and motorcyclists.
