I. North Carolina Land Records Grant Program Application The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a resolution of participation in the State's Land Records Management Grant Program. J. Fair Housing Plan update The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign the Fair Housing Plan which required Blockf Grant Pr gramants in the N. C. community Small Cities Y Development R. HOME Consortium Agreement /Program Design The Board approved the HOME Consortium Agreement, Resolution and Program Design and authorized the County Manager to sign the Agreement. L. Changes to Landfill Tipping Fee Schedule The Board approved the following two changes in the Landfill Tipping Fee: Increase from $21 /ton to $21.50 /ton for mixed solid waste Set a fee of $1.00 for scrap tire disposal M. Personnel Ordinance Revision- -Merit Increases The Board approved a revision to Article V, Section 7 "Merit Increasen of the Orange County Personnel Ordinance to reflect the merit increase program budgeted for Fiscal Year 1992 -93. This revision is attached to these minutes on pages N. School Bond Referendum -- Notice of Intent to File Application with Local Government Commission The Board approved the Bond Referendum timetable as presented, adopted the resolution which is the "Notice of Intent" and authorized the Clerk to publish it as required. O. Injury Prevention Grants The Board accepted and authorized the Chair to sign the grant award from the Injury Control Section of the Department of Environment, Health, and Natural Resources. The grant of $6,720 will be subcontracted to the Dispute Settlement Center. No County funds will be required. P. Professional Service Contract - -Umu acuVVi vi Department of OB /GYN The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a contract with the uNC- School of Medicine, Department of OB /GYN for the services of a third -year resident to provide medical services in the Maternal Health Clinic.
