42 <br />NEW AMDLE SCHOOL PROJECT <br />CHAPEL HILL- CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROTECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pusuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized allows the District to plan for the construction of a new middle <br />school. The project will be financed by appropriations from other capital projects within <br />the School Capital Projects Fund and from the School Capital Reserve Fund. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer from Other School Capital Projects $220 ,000 <br />Transfer from School Capital Reserve Fund 375,000_ <br />Total Revenue $595,000 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />New Middle School Project $595,000 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous New Middle School Capital Project Ordinances. <br />Section 6.
