Since the staff recommendation is "As the Board decides' for the issues raised, I ami suggesting the Board actions described below for the three outstanding issues listed in the action Agenda Item Abstract 1 I I-M for June 29 Recommendation: That the Board of Commissioners ask that the June 17 letter from Gene Bell to Mark Ahrenqsen on the subject of "Clarification on R -2630 in Draft 1993 -97 TI P' be included as part of the attachments from Orange County In the TIP document I e9mmendatioi. That the BOCC ihstruct the Chair to send a letter to the appropriate authorities in, the NCDDT requesting that the some requirements added by the Durham- 04apel Hill- Carrboro Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) for 1 -85 east of Hillsborough also be added to the TIP for the section of 1-85 in Orate County west of Hillsborough.
