5. To establish criteria for client rider eligibility. The <br />criteria is as follows: (1) Availability of seats, (2) <br />Inability of client to provide own transportation, (3) <br />Where client lives and his ability to get to pickup <br />point, and (4) Behavior on vehicle. <br />EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. The agreed upon emergency <br />procedures will be as follows: Two -way radios will be <br />installed in each vehicle with the base located at the <br />Department on Aging. In the event of a mechanical <br />emergency, the driver will radio to base for help. In <br />case of a medical emergency, the driver will first radio <br />to 911 for aid and then to the base.
