5. To provide the Transportation Supervisor written <br />notification of any transportation problems or <br />unsatisfactory driver's performance in order to take <br />corrective action. <br />6. To provide insurance coverage (liability /collision). <br />Proof of insurance and coverage limits shall be submitted <br />to the Aging Director within 10 days of contract approval. <br />7.
