CAM) <br />Conclusion <br />The ~tanagers' Committee has done the <br />best it can in identifying the major <br />questions influencing the relocation issue. <br />The :Managers' Committee recognizes that <br />information may be missing or that <br />discrepancies may exist in some parts of <br />this report By pursuing professional <br />facilitation, the committee believes that such <br />database problems can be minimized and <br />the development of a more complete <br />information base ensured, allowing for a <br />better understanding of the issues by all <br />parties to the relocation initiative. <br />,tfartngers' Committee on the Airport <br />The Managers' Committee recommends <br />that the CCC endorse a facilitated process <br />for pursuing the relocation of operations <br />from the Horace Williams Airport to a <br />suitable location proximate to Chapel hill. <br />The %tanagers' Committee further <br />recommends that the CCC support the <br />selection of the Institute for Environmental <br />Negotiation as the facilitator for the <br />dialogue process. <br />The CCC also should recommend the <br />appropriation of $1.5.000 to co%cr the cost of <br />the facilitation process. (A budtet is <br />attached as .appendix K.)
