4. <br />PR <br />7. <br />S. <br />9. <br />10. <br />( 14) <br />Proximity to cemeteries: <br />Exclude only commercially operated cemeteries. <br />Establish a 100 foot buffer From the landfill <br />development area to a private cemetery if the cemetery is <br />located within the proposed landfill property or if <br />necessary, relocate the private cemetery. <br />City and county land use and zoning restrictions: <br />Follow the requirements of all applicable lagd use <br />plans and zoning ordinances. <br />Existing or planned developments: <br />Allow the potential sites to border existing and <br />planned residential, office park, or commercial <br />development areas. All planned developments must have <br />an application on file with the County by <br />5eptemter 15, 1990. <br />Road access and right -of -ways: <br />Public road right -of -ways can be located adjacent and <br />outside of the proposed site or within an internal <br />buffer Zone. <br />Setbacks from drinking water sources: <br />A. Exclude areas within S00 feet of an active pubs -'c <br />water well. <br />B. Exclude critical drainage areas which are: <br />one -half mile upstream from the shoreline of <br />a public drinking water supply reservoir or a <br />ridgeline, whichever is closer, and <br />One mile upstream radius from the'raw water <br />intake of a public drinking water source. <br />Geologically unsuitable or unstable areas: <br />Exclude areas where geological hazards exist. <br />Minimum acreage: <br />Minimum 3o0 acres. <br />11 -28 -90 <br />0 <br />
